Applying for admission at our school is now easier and more convenient than ever, thanks to our online application process. Below, you will find step-by-step guidelines to assist you in completing the online admission application and the subsequent steps in the admission process: :
To initiate the application, you need to create an account on our online portal. Provide a valid email address and set a secure password. This account will be used for all future communications regarding your application status. You can fill multiple applications under the same account, each application can be tracked individually. Note: Applications are accepted only for classes with available vacancies.
Once your account is created, you can access the online application form. Carefully fill in all the required fields. Ensure that all the information provided, including personal details, academic history, and contact information, is accurate and up-to-date. Note: Providing false information will result in the rejection of your application.
Prepare digital copies of essential documents, such as the student's birth certificate, previous academic records, and passport-sized photographs. Upload these documents directly to the application portal. Make sure the documents are clear and legible.
Before final submission, carefully review all the information provided. If you need to make any changes, you can edit the application form. Attention to detail is crucial to ensuring the accuracy of your application.
There will be a nominal application fee of Rs. 300/- that needs to be paid online. The payment gateway on our website is secure and accepts various modes of online payment. Keep the payment confirmation receipt for your records.
Once you have filled in the form, uploaded the documents, and paid the application fee, submit your application. You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the successful submission of your application. This SMS will also contain details about your application number and subsequent steps in the admission process.
After the submission, our admission team will review your application. Be sure to check your SMS regularly, as we will communicate important updates, interview schedules, and any additional requirements through SMS/phone call.
Anticipate an SMS informing you of the upcoming entrance test dates for your child. Kindly bring the original documents (Birth Certificate, Community Certificate, Progress Report/Bonafide Certificate, Aadhar Card) along with photocopies when you arrive for the entrance test. During this session, you'll need to submit the photocopies of the mentioned documents, along with a passport-sized photo of the applicant (your ward). In case an interaction with the Principal is necessary, you'll receive a notification post the entrance test.
Admissions are granted based on merit and subject to the availability of vacancies. Upon selection, our school will reach out to you via SMS/Call. Please confirm your admission by making the payment of the first installment fees within the specified dates provided to you.
Stay tuned for an SMS indicating the dates for collecting Books & Uniforms. To collect these items, kindly present the original fee receipt on the scheduled dates, typically in the month of April.
Ensure the submission of the original Transfer Certificate on or before the school reopening date. Students transferring from other boards or states must obtain a counter-signature from the competent educational authority before submission.
